Creamy Avocado Dip that comes together with less than five ingredients in two minutes flat! This is the BEST easy, healthy snack. Also a great spread for tacos.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- a squeeze of lime juice (to taste)
- a pinch of garlic powder (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (more to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mash avocado.
- Mix in yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Adjust to taste. VOILA! Two minutes and done.
NOTES
Add some chopped fresh cilantro if you want! I like it with cilantro, but I often eat this avocado dip without cilantro so I don’t have to wash a cutting board.
If you like spicy, a quick sprinkle of cayenne or a chopped up jalapeno can add some heat.
