2-minute creamy avocado dip


Creamy Avocado Dip that comes together with less than five ingredients in two minutes flat! This is the BEST easy, healthy snack. Also a great spread for tacos.

SCALE 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • a squeeze of lime juice (to taste)
  • a pinch of garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (more to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mash avocado.
  2. Mix in yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Adjust to taste. VOILA! Two minutes and done.

NOTES

Add some chopped fresh cilantro if you want! I like it with cilantro, but I often eat this avocado dip without cilantro so I don’t have to wash a cutting board. ðŸ™‚
If you like spicy, a quick sprinkle of cayenne or a chopped up jalapeno can add some heat.
